stellazio SG this morning i only had an egg. the pain started bout 9.30. ok i was kinda late for work, so i walking quite fast.. but it only at the left. and aches when i move about.
honeymouse SG Apart from the pain, are you feeling nauseatic and do you have any diarrhoea? When you said on the left, it's upper left or lower left?
the Bear SG don't take painkillers.. it's the pain that tells you something is wrong.. IIRC, abdominal problems, never take painkillers until you know what it is..
the Bear SG oh.. one of the things that really hurt and will be very very hard to heal is if you have torn an abdominal muscle.. i pulled mine badly once... a pulled muscle took about 3 months for the pain to subside
